We will wear midnight is my wife's favourite song and Wintersmith is ever present in the car! We wish you well in whatever you do next and who knows...perhaps you will get on the Steeleye bus again!

I was at Salisbury and concur. Sad to see you go but the Black Hare version was going out on a high. Wonderful violin.

Thank you for the songs.

I am thankful for all of the music you helped create with Steeleye Span. The first live show I saw was in Northampton, Massachusetts, promoting Bedlam Born, and even though it was a non-traditional lineup (no Maddy, no Bob Johnson...Tim Harries on lead guitar, Dave Mattacks on drums) it remains one of my favorite concerts of all time. Thank you for keeping the band-in-transition going for that show!

Best of luck in future work...I cannot wait to hear what's next.

Thanks for all the music over the years, I first saw you with Steeleye at the Birmingham Odeon when I was young and single, on meeting my wife our first common thread was Steeleye Span and in particular your fiddle playing. 34 years later we are still fans and together, so its all youir fault! Thanks. I suspect I may see a few tears from the missus when I tell her youv'e had enough. God bless and enjoy your leisure time.
